NOTES ON RE-HEATING OUR PIZZA
Please do NOT use a microwave to re-heat our pizza! The best way to re-heat slices is in a frying pan. It takes a bit longer but is worth it. What happens when you nuke a piece in the microwave is that you excite the food and water molecules which vibrate and generate heat. The water molecules turn into steam and what you get is dry, tough pizza.
If you put your burner on medium-low heat and put the slice in a frying pan, you heat it gently. Shake it every now and then to keep it from sticking and the crust will get back to crispy while the cheese melts and toppings warm back up. When your cheese is melty, your slice is done.
You can also heat more than one at a time by placing them on a cookie sheet and into a COLD oven. Turn it on at 350 and let the pizza heat with the oven. By the time the oven is heated, your pizza will be too! That’s all there is to it, and the pizza will be as tasty as when you ordered it.
